 Refund Policy – Coupang Global

At Coupang Asia, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to shop with confidence, knowing that your purchases are protected by our fair and transparent refund policy.


1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are issued under the following conditions:

  • The product arrived damaged, defective, or not as described

  • The product was not delivered after 21 business days (international)

  • You canceled the order before it was shipped

  • You received the wrong item or incomplete items


2. Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Digital goods, gift cards, or downloadable content

  • Personal care or hygiene products (e.g., cosmetics, underwear)

  • Clearance or "final sale" items

  • Perishable items (e.g., food, flowers)

  • Customized or personalized products (unless defective)

  • Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or accidents


3. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Login to your Coupang Asia account.

  2. Go to My Orders → select the relevant order.

  3. Click Request Refund and fill in the required details.

  4. Upload any supporting images (if applicable).

⏱️ Time Limit: Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.


4. Return Before Refund (If Required)

Some refunds require the product to be returned first:

  • We will provide a return address and instructions.

  • The item must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories.

  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.


5. Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days

  • The refund is issued via the original payment method

  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been completed


6. Shipping Fees

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to:

    • An error on our part

    • A damaged or defective item


7. Partial Refunds

In some cases, a partial refund may be granted:

  • The item is returned late or with missing components

  • The item shows signs of use or damage not caused during shipping


8. Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled before shipment only

  • Once the order is shipped, you must request a refund or return through the regular process


9. Refund Denial

Coupang Asia reserves the right to deny refund requests that:

  • Do not meet eligibility criteria

  • Are found to be fraudulent or abusive

  • Fall outside of the permitted timeframe
